By accessing and using ExoticaNow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from ExoticaNow. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and may cancel orders if age requirements are not met.

3. Product Information

Our THCA products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Product descriptions, images, and lab results (COAs) are provided for informational purposes. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver within Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. THCA products cannot be shipped to states where hemp-derived cannabinoids are prohibited. It is your responsibility to know your local laws.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery for local orders.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Standard delivery is 1-2 hours; VIP Express is 45 minutes. A valid ID will be required upon delivery to verify age. Orders cannot be left unattended.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

8. Pink Miles Loyalty Program

Pink Miles are earned on qualifying purchases and can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Miles expire after 180 days of inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Pink Miles have no cash value.

9. Limitation of Liability

ExoticaNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
